Even good machines stop sometimes. At times like that it is good to know that you will always receive qualified help. If we can help you solve the problem over the phone we will. If it is a more comprehensive problem we endeavour to have an engineer to you within 24 hours.

Spare Parts
We have a comprehensive range of spare parts for our machines. We can also deliver spare parts for most of our older machines. All of our parts are original Pullmax parts, which means we can guarantee exact measurements from original drawings, correct material and produced in quality checked production equipment.

Training
When you are buying a punching machine from Pullmax you will receive a qualified consultation. We will look into your manufacturing process and suggest a machine that suits your specific needs. Once you have bought one of our machines you can therefore feel confident in our training programme. Up to four operators will receive basic training during the installation of a new machine.

Tooling
Pullmax offer a simple and very stable tooling system. With few parts to assemble means shorter set-up times. Stability in combination with high quality implies long length of life and consequently low costs. We can offer customers the option of using Rydal tooling or Wilson tooling with our Pullmatic 720 and 520 machines.

Programming
To ensure full productivity in the machine we are cooperating with some well-known Cam-systems distributors. One of these are JetCam, whose Expert System supports all Pullmax punching machines. We are also a distributor for JetCam.
